Photomatrix Receives $4.8 Million Metal Manufacturing Services Contract

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 1999--National
Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. (formerly Photomatrix, Inc.; OTCBB:
PHRX), a value-added manufacturing services company specializing in
electronic enclosed systems and sub-assemblies, announced today that
its wholly-owned subsidiary, National Metal Technologies, Inc. (NMT)
has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $4.8 million for
the manufacture of metal ammunition links and strips.
The contract was issued by Alliant Techsystems., and represents
the first year of a multi-year agreement, which is expected to
continue over a five-year period. Under the terms of the contract, NMT
will manufacture and deliver the initial requirement of assemblies
over a twelve-month period, beginning October, 1999.
Patrick W. Moore, Chief Executive Officer of National
Manufacturing Technologies stated, "We are very pleased with this
award. This is a significant milestone achievement for NMT in that we
only started operations of our metals manufacturing subsidiary less
than a year ago. This represents the largest single manufacturing
