Capt, El .. My optimistic take would be that CPQ & Capellas are in the end-game of a consolidation of strategy & fixings. EM & EP left CPQ in such dire straights that a quick fix was impossible. MC will be quiet until he feels that the turnaround HAS actually more than begun to take hold. MC seems to me to be a very bright individual who will champion (hands-on) positive happenings. Not being known by WS means his 1st-impression and reputation is at stake. MC will not jump the gun until he's pretty sure. In time CPQ will make us all PROUD and significantly wealthier ... I'm betting on it !! Michael
