Toucan, I met with Edify's Director of Product Marketing at the Call Center 97 trade show in Dallas this February. I specifically asked about the availability of a NT version of the Edify product and was told that it will be available in 1997. From my experience with vendor projected dates, that means to me that Edify is "hoping" to offer availability by December 31, 1997. Do you have information that might indicate a sooner date? I agree with you that such availability could significantly improve Edify's outlook to both customers and the stock market.
