Company Press Release

Collectible Concepts Group Signs Terminator License

DOYLESTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 1999--Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. (OTC BB:CCGR) an innovator and leader in the entertainment and sports collectibles industry -- announced it has singed two license agreements for Terminator products.

CCGR signed an agreement with Creative Licensing Corp. for Terminator 1, and an additional agreement with Canal + DA for Terminator 2. The alliances were arranged by Building Q President, C. Woodrow Browne, licensing consultant to CCGR.

According to Paul Lipschutz, president and CEO of CCGR, the value of the Terminator license is very important because it gives CCGR the opportunity to capitalize on the popularity of the Terminator movies, which grossed almost $240 million. Another benefit of acquiring the license is that it begins building a customer database for additional sci-fi action adventure films for which the company is negotiating licenses. Furthermore, it provides CCGR with a strong Internet and e-commerce marketing presence to satisfy the dynamic growth of on-line purchases by sci-fi connoisseurs.

CCGR recently added Rutgers University graduate Gene Updyke as project manager for the Terminator project. Updyke's skills in marketing and public relations brings fresh new ideas as CCGR capitalizes on this new opportunity to enhance their mission to acquire niche properties. He will oversee the creation and coordination of the Terminator Collector's Club web-site and movie related products.

Based in Doylestown, Collectible Concepts Group Inc. develops and markets licensed collectible merchandise in the entertainment and sports markets.
