Jim: Brazil is ripe for the picking. If only the SP would play the market. The Brazilians have one of the longest waits for telephone service in the industrial world. It is a wonder that the economy is as broad as it is given the telco situation. The Gov doing what it can and I think that the SP could greatly expand their market share (not to mention a great PR win) by flooding the country with G* phones and saying: "Here, use these until we can get the infrastructure built out." Most of life's conveniences are pretty tough to life without once you have used of them for a while. Jeff Vayda
