Can someone explain why Bell Atlantic can't offer Nokia Phones? I was told that Nokia can't pass their tests. Qualcomm ended up being the phone they offered. I will be adding a mobile phone company to my portfolio. Nokia being a much more mature company I was thinking of it rather than QCOM. QCOM stock is going a little too far and too fast for me.
