Gersh: A few questions about Index.Com...

Given: You are betting against the house just like gambling in a casino.

Assume you are very good and you start posting your trades on SI. A lot of folks take accounts with Index.Com and trade by your calls. This could put Index.Com at major risk as they are not a middle man but the party on the opposite side of all trades.

Questions: Is your account insured in the event of a failure by Index.Com? If so by whom?

What is your recourse in the case of a dispute between you and Index.Com? What governmental bodies would assist you in seeking a resolution?

Regards,
LG
