A feasibility study can not be done with out the indication of the heavies. I know that the powers to be know what is there but can not release anything until they get the report from the lab. Which has been delayed due to the hurricanes in Florida. These results will be out in the next couple of weeks followed by the Study. The directors are all honest people who play by the rules.
