More on aol/athm/T streetadvisor.com More On The AOL/AtHome/AT&T Deal Kevin Prigel Sep 27 1999 StreetAdvisor.com has received information from another source that indicates that America Online has retained Goldman Sachs to represent them in the negotiations to purchase Excite and get access to AtHome's pipes, and that America Online management was in Silicon Valley with Goldman bankers last week. With this information, we can now say that our first source is fully credinle, and that a deal is definately in the works.
