Infowave announces final prospectus has been receipted
BURNABY, BC, Sept. 24 /CNW-PRN/ - Infowave Software, Inc. (VSE: IWM - news) is pleased to announce that a final prospectus has been receipted in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario qualifying the distribution of 2,224,647 common shares and 1,112,324 common share purchase warrants upon the exercise of 2,224,647 previously issued special warrants. Each of the 1,112,324 common share purchase warrants will be exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company until June 30, 2000 at an exercise price of $3.75.
