(Nasdaq: KUAL) announced that its 56?-owned subsidiary, Infu-Tech, Inc., (Nasdaq INFU) has signed a distribution and advertising agreement with InfoSpace.com (Nasdaq: INSP) for a web-based advertising awareness campaign in which Infu-Tech will advertise its products and services throughout InfoSpace.com's affiliate network. InfoSpace.com's network consists of more than 1,800 web sites and includes AOL, Netscape, Microsoft, Lycos, go2net Inc.'s MetaCrawler, Dow Jones (The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition), and ABC LocalNET. This move signals Infu-Tech's readiness to leverage its expertise and experience in specialty pharmaceuticals and disease management on the World Wide Web.
Infu-Tech will leverage its more than 15 years of proven clinical experience and contracts with more than 70 nationwide managed care providers that cover more than 25 million enrollees.
