<Are you claiming that a 33% overclocked AGP 2x bus is faster than a non-overclocked AGP 4x?>

In certain cases, yes, since the latency will artificially improve, and the bandwidth of AGP-2x is only a very slight bottleneck at the moment, especially with the games and the card that Sharky Extreme was running. Besides, their tests were running in AGP-2x mode, I suppose, since I don't know of any TNT2 Ultra card that has enabled 4x support yet. (I think it can do 4x, but that would require updated drivers.)

<Actually, the performance of an overclocked BX should be very close to that of a 'real' 133 system, provided that 'fast' SDRAM-133 is used.>

We'll see, especially once we see chipsets that support 133 MHz bus and SDRAM.
