I'd sure like to see the "improvements" that we're just bound to see from PC133 or DDR SDRAM.

Athlon does well despite the PC100 SDRAM that it is currently attached to. It will do even better with RDRAM. Perhaps the performance benefit will be greater for an Athlon system compared to a Pentium IIIB system. (Though I don't know about Pentium IIIE or IIIEB, a.k.a. Coppermine.)
