IMDS delayed filing their 10-K; this cannot be good. Announcement just came out. I think we're likely going to see a dip here in price. Here is their explanation. Due to Hurricane Floyd, the Jewish Holidays, and scheduled CPE training, the auditor has been unable to finalize the Financial Statement. Query -- How badly did Floyd hit their area of Florida? Curious, that their auditors couldn't forsee Holidays and CPE courses. Surprised that they didn't mention Labor Day! We need to get those auditors an organizer! I've never seen an explanation like this before.
