Zurdo...can't short a stock that most brokers place on the NM list...so far neither Datek nor Ameritrade will allow me to short this...should have stuck with Schwab last year... Hypothetically, shorting NAVR right now wouldn't pose much risk. Hell, NAVR longs have been warning against a short on and off since last November, right? I also remember some caution to the shorts in February, April, and June...all under the auspices that the IPO is around the corner (sure, keep dreaming)...I say again, there is ZERO evidence (other than some outdated and unverified links) that NAVR will IPO NETR by December... So when December rolls around and still no IPO, NAVR will tank like the rest of the pieces of s%^t out there. In which case, the shorts will have won again...just for the fun of shorting this POS, I think I will move some money into a broker that will allow me to short...any suggestions on the broker... Until NAVR proves me wrong and the NAVR lovers geniuses (not likely), my "ass" is, as always, fine and safe... USMA95
