slacker, it wasn't "contracts" per se (my understanding) but worded in the form of "you go public and we'll invest $X in your share price offering so you can go build your line". Unicom then takes the public proceeds, signs the actual product buys and builds. actual pricing for the contracts were to be determined once the public offering was successful. Unicom has a history of gradiose. we'll see.
