If investors can't be convinced at this stage how am I going to be convinced later. If i can't be convinced how will an investment banker see their way to doing a deal.

If we are talking a loan...we'll thats different. If you are talking about an offering, well, you better either convince me or do the issue at a price which is appealing...in this case, at this time .15 to .25 is about all you can suck out of me.
