Debated buying ISPD, but didn't. Baffles me that a company that is "vapor" as you yourself said can move like this. The company has no recorded revenues that I can find. How are people valuing it? Probably they're not, but that is way too risky for me. VITR seems a much better bet. Doing the exact same thing PPRO did.
