Two cars I always wanted to build and never did: A Checker, one from the 70s, with a Chevy 454 in it. Tricked out, but totally stock looking from the outside. Not painted like a cab, just some boring color. checkercabs.org And a 1970 Chevy van, with an 14" top chop and about 14" sectioned out of the middle. If you can imagine the middle third of body sectioned off (the part between the windshield and the front grill in the front) AND an 14" chopped top, you'll have it. The windshield would be about 6" high. Painted like a BLT sandwich. vcvc.org
