Dave: When it arrives I'll add that to my to do list. I got served today for to appear in nuisance small claims court complaint from one of my customers in New Jersey against my business located in New Jersey. However, the customer found a lawyer on the internet who filed their complaint in a Phildelphia, PA small claims court. LOL. Talk about how wonderful the internet will be in our lives. Maybe, I should contact this lawyer about filing against Intel and Rambus. Dave what's your take on RDRAM prospects I am leaving for International Test Conference in Atlantic City to hear Pat Gelsinger speak and talk to test equipment product managers to see if RDRAM test equipment is being shipped or canceled or used with DDR RAM. john
