Brader, <<Boys, maybe we'll be rewarded for hanging in there and continuing to follow these pathetic stocks. >>

Not sure how long you've been in this play; but James (the longest that is still here that I know) and myself have bee waiting for many years for this litigation to be settled. In the mean time we have missed a few good investment payback type of rallys because the smart money will not invest/speculate in a company that is under litigation. Some of them even have it written is their list of stocks to avoid. How long has this been going on, I lost count.

First Delta, has been picking off the frustrated shares of GME shareholders and EXL has the "benefit" of a TSE listing. GME is a company that does not want too much of an external following so it remains listed on the VSE. Since most legitimate investors won't touch anything outside of the TSE.

So reward, last I heard one of the directors/officers speculate, is that we will be lucky to have a resolution to the dispute as early as next summer! SO don't hold your breath on this one, they are both playing a waiting game to suit their own (selfish) purposes and absolutely no consideration given to the helpless shareholders. While we have what may be a good property, it continues to be a poor (price) performer because of the litigation.
