Am I reading it right:

6 mths ended 6/30 rev:- $0.4MM
Post-Offering Shares:- 88.3MM
price: $17 (mid-range)
Mkt Cap: $1.5 B
price/sale (say $1 MM sales)= 1500

Only 6 months sales, it is hard to project the revenue growth. What is the good reason to buy this one, except MSFT's 1 stake?
