Gary & all: It would be interesting to know what FCM's net profit is on each unit sold. I would bet its less than 10%, given the fact that FCM can't keep up with supply/demand "cash to cover these expenses".
With FNet cutting back, sales at 672% increase 89-99 for FCM, where's the burn if net is much higher than 10%? R&D can't be that much I wouldn't think?

A place where business-partners, associates, startup companies, where management teams living in different area's, family member dispersed across the US, working on all area's of a business from idea, planning, marketing, etc. A place where all interested parties can view the ever changing idea's, planning from a seed idea. A storage area network where all software is launched from within.
Lets say that three individuals want to work on an idea in real time with live business plan outlines, everything you would need in real time to connect this group within one site. The site is setup so that each member works on the same project, contributes a montly fee, consulting services are available in real time, management possibilites could be linked through execunet.com and others. A place where seed idea's could me managed under business disclosures, and set rules for engaging in a think tank atmosphere.
If I started a company, and was looking for the right CEO, where could I go to have him get online, view my plan with signed disclosures, then help me work out the kinks, get interested, and also have the site involved in financing. You could also pay a fee monthly to help generate cash for bizplan, marketing, and help type situations. All word processing activities are stored online, i.e. word, bizplanpro, excel, pilotpoint, etc. Everyone logged into site would have the latest work finished by other parties.
There's probably something out there like this. Just happen to think of it while trying to get my big-butt up a hill today running, before my lights went out! <was't funny>
