Well the stock was up 7 earlier in the day. Maybe that is why it closed up only 3+? BTW, I always wondered what the different ratings mean. Isn't accumulate another way to say buy? Does "accumulate" mean buy slowly while "buy" means mortgage the children? Same for "buy" vs. "strong buy"? Why don't analysts use the same ratings system. Could it be they want to create a little fog to hide behind in case they are wrong? It just confirms my growing belief that we will need to be the ones to assess the prospects for QCOM, as there are precious few professionals who we can count on. (Gregg, are you out there?)
