Gersh: I highly suggest you read the following and pay attention to section III and IV.

These concerned me a lot...

IV - C: Disputes: In the event of any dispute between IndexTrade.com and an Investor regarding account, trade, or fund movement details, the decision of the management of IndexTrade.com shall be final and binding on all parties. Management will duly consider any materials supporting the Member's case.

IV - G - i: IndexTrade.com reserves the right to suspend trading in any Index at its absolute discretion, whereby it will endeavor to allow Investors to close out any outstanding positions in that Index, if market conditions allow.

IV - G - ii: In the event of the suspension of trading in an Index, IndexTrade.com shall not be liable for any additional losses suffered by Investors, and the Index Settlement Price determined by IndexTrade.com in such cases shall be final and binding on all parties. Any dispute of such levels can be referred to the Management@IndexTrade.com, who will give full consideration to the matter and make a final and binding decision.
