Z, just gotta love your comparison of DSS to Exabyte in relation to the word "execution". That's a leap of faith indeed. We're all now enlightened to know that the unheard of company Ecrix is going to steal away massive DLT share based on price? Factor in a 20% decline in price per year for DLT drives by DSS and the fact that DLT has a huge installed base that will build more over coming quarters.

I really don't know much about technical product stuff like backhitching problems, but it doesn't seem that it will hamper shareholder value or the DSS stock price in the near term or intermediate term. In relation to EXBT, I can only say that even they have finally found some buyers at $4/share. I doubt they will be much of a challenge even with a ramp of their new drives. The market has voted against them.

In relation to the DSS stock, do you then recommend for investors to stay away or short? What is your position in the stock if any? I am obviously long with some puts to ease any negative spin on this quarter for full disclosure.
