<<Spectrum is news to me...re INTF>>

Finally I beat you to the punch on something -- O.K., that puts the score at TLindt 483 -- Zimmer -- 2.

The relationship with Spectrum is through Wells Fargo. To keep it simple, Wells Fargo is using JITS and INTF has a working relationship with JITS.

I'm in New York, since this is off topic I'll tell you more tonight over the private threads.

With respect to what others in the Spectrum guild are doing, it is apparent that BBaga theory of divided we stand is accurate. In similar fashion, information was obtained that suggested that Chase is working with Bluegill and First Union is working with Netscape, another partner of INTF.

Benny, Spectrum is fragmented in an operational way as well as in their inherent sense of identity, its still a threesome, but they and Transpoint are to be considered quite viable as competitors down the line, if nothing else, they will have an effect of minimizing revenue for periods to come.

I'm a razor-blade buyer when it comes to taking long term positions. I look for a company that has a superior, timely product, one which garners repeat sales, indefinitely if possible, or at least with a high retention rate if not. CKFR fits the mold. INTF fits the mold better.
