You, not I, broached the subject of "character." When I asked if your present position was not a major shift, I guess I was thinking of your post #3522:

IMHO we are a decade beyond the era when Microvision's game plan would have worked. If generals are always preparing to fight the last war, then managers are always trying to follow the business plans of the previous generation.
