I know that paperwork was filed for federal anti-trust review ... I also know that people are busy working on the structure and "core" of the new company. (i.e. BOD, executive management, etc.) Beyond that, from reading the press I seem to see some amount of public statement about the directions that the company is going to go ... I have my ideas (and am trying to communicate them) and other people have their ideas. We got the initial port completed and demonstrated ...
