I don't know. But I think that there is over 60,000,000 shares outstanding and a penny stock with amount will have be able to raise capital. I would say that they will be looking to raise capital.
They have been selling off GRAD. Take a look at the inside trades on Yahoo they applied to sell a million shares in 99. Looks like they are tight for operating cash.
