That's all fine and well but especially since they are controlling the ball, why are they displaying such poor shareholder relations in keeping us all in the dark about the simple goings on of the state of business. We just want them to clear thew air and tell us what the proposed plans are and dates for proceeding with them. With all this secrecy they are keeping, the stock is failing since all are wondering "What's wrong?" and when and if they do produce a NR, anything short of a large magnitude disclosure, will not justify the manner with which they have conducted themselves. They are willfully withholding information from the shareholders and thereby manipulating the stock to drive it downward to the levels that it is suffering at today. What their reasons are? We don't know. As you said, "the ball is in their control" and the responsibility lies with them to explain their actions. Speaking of "Action", maybe those who are interested, should consider taking legal advice in bringing a class action suit up!
