Have a hunch you're right, minefinder. Don't know what the real story is but I think we can guess. Meanwhile, talked with another person today who was told by MLSM brass (not IR) that a NR would be out tonight or tomorrow. We'll see. Don't know how much longer they can stall but time must be running out. At some point they have to act and continue the program.... or fold. Wonder what they'll say.... and do?
