Given the amount of policy debate already generated within the government, in the think tanks, in the universities, among the various advocacy groups, in the journals, and among the party faithful, I am not sure what you expect to get that is superior. Further, most people don't even know where places like Nicaragua, Kosovo, Chechnya, and East Timor are, much less anything else, and that ignorance pervades most comments on policy, foreign or domestic......
