No problem... Yes, I do not think that YRI will be able to secure a straight debt financing. I do not think that Bacon offers enough to a lender to make them feel comfortable...this is just my opinion. This financing is taking very long time as I was told that the company wished to complete a financing back in the Spring. Money is not easy to find even through a PP equity offering. People have been burned on this one a few times and they might be a little shy.
