The sound is fine. I copied... I think I mean ripped... five songs off of four CD's and didn't notice any difference in sound.

It took less than 30 seconds to rip each song. The ripped file size was less than 10% of the size of the original song.

The software, however, is not very user friendly. There is no help button. Also, I had to click on each song to get each song to play.

I noticed that it took the software more than twice as long to start playing a song off of my CD as compared to the Microsoft CD player that came with my computer.

Later, my CD drive started acting up. It had trouble finding and starting songs after I had used the software. It was so bad that I ran a virus check just to make sure I didn't have one.

I hope that my DVD/CD drive will work fine after I re-boot.

Did you have any problems with the software or the sound or your drive?
