Am aware of insider buying and doing DD. Some initial impressions:

1. Company is transitioning business model from promotional products supplier to brand marketer.

2. Recent sales validate the model - the slowing of promotional product (lions share of company) sales growth (still growing but at about half its historical rate), and the higher growth and margins associated with marketing services (disproportionate part of profits relative to sales).

3. Upcoming quarter will take a hit on earnings as a result of computer and reorg. charges - this will make reported earnings negative for the next year (although positive on recurring earnings basis). If company's projections are correct (big if), then we should see positive comparisons next June.

4. No stated internet strategy. IR indicated company can provide the services. I think company must do more to be regarded as complete brand marketing company.
