contracted with Keystone Fulfillment, the Company's one-stop
e-commerce services provider, to be a primary provider of
fulfillment services for www.fogdog.com. Launched in June 1998,
www.fogdog.com is a leading sporting goods store on the Internet.
Under the terms of the agreement, Keystone will provide a
comprehensive range of services including storage, fulfillment and
distribution. Fogdog Sports will utilize Keystone's 276,000
square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Hanover, PA to
retain all inventories under one roof, process orders quickly and
coordinate shipping more efficiently.

retailer of sporting goods. It offers an extensive selection of
sporting goods online, with up to 60,000 distinct stock keeping units
representing more than 500 brands in all major sports categories. With
