Good point -- I actually saw that but just assumed since there was no explanation that the Company marked the wrong box. There auditors need to learn how to plan an audit, and forecast training, holidays and contingencies. Or could there be a "surprise" in the next release of the financial statements, which is taking the auditors more time to review/examine? Could it be that the auditors really knew ahead of time of holidays (by looking at a calendar) and CPE courses, and the explanation is a mere excuse by the Company? Inquiring minds want to know. Dan, does your firm postpone releasing audited financials because of holidays or training?
