Sultan.

The paper says the deals will be final in a month, providing 66% of the shares are tendered. I know that the price probably won't go up unless they are having trouble with getting that 66%. They may also stop the bid. I'm not in any rush to take my losses so I'm going to wait and see what happens.

I suspect many insiders will win with this deal. Why all cash anyway, I'd take stock if it were offered. The paper says the deal makes sense cause netmanage has cash to put in. Just watch the business soar after the takeover, and the insides win more options.

Another example of brain drain too.

Sorry for the ramble, Sultan. I'm upset at losing on this one.

Hoping for a better return.

Mark
