Here is a letter I received from Jack on Aug 28.1998. Note the paragraph about not doing any other convertible deal. You be the judge on the truth of the letter which is over a year old now. The letter also said they planned on becoming reporting by year end. Yeah right. Last post since I only own a small position in this dog. Best of luck. Hello I have no idea what is happening with the stock. Yesterday's volume, frankly, staggered me. I personally believe there are several market makers skimming, slamming and crossing to an extent that falsely inflates volume by about 30% to 35%. Given a double count on maybe 20% to 30% of trades, we probably had a real volume of 465,000 shares. Still an unreal number to me. I find it hard to believe that anyone would be stupid enough to short us at these levels, but that may be involved as well. I have to say, however, that I don't care about the share price right now. We can't be distracted or disoriented from our primary goal which is getting out the product. If we do that, the share price should take care of itself. We intend to file a Form 10 before year's end, after getting all the new financials opf the acquisitions on the same page. We haven't done a 504 or any other deal (like a Reg S). Our price is too low. The only convertible deal done was a private 506 placement (that carries a 2 year restriction) the only buyer was me! And I haven't sold anything.
