1. Entire package for Bank of Montreal credit facility redetermination will be submitted friday. Miller is very confident in their expectations for a positive expansion of the present facility. If they were not; they would not have paid the $300K, or stayed with BOM.

2. The quarter will surpass expectations by a reasonable measure in production and cash flow.

3. The hedging program and present open market prices for gas; will assure higher revenue and cash flow going forward.

4. Miller is reducing costs.

5, Miller has had very positive drilling results and has continued to do so. Miller will pursue impact potential drill ready prospects immediately in the 4th quarter upon redetermination.

6. Baumgardner was out negotiating for Rig availability for Q4.

7. Blackfeet development will be stepped up.

8. How this may, or may not impact the shareprice is not Millers concern. They are focused on building longterm shareholder value; they are major shareholders whose personal interests are clearly aligned with public shareholders. They are not concerned with month to month fluctuations of the shareprice of late and had no comment on that.

Do your homework and make your own decisions. There is zero negative news coming; none.
