MM--You're right, it's not a bad writeup, although old (1997), and they mix up a couple of things, eg., saying geosyncronous when they mean the opposite. And of course, they miss participants (eg., ICO), though I don't know how many of them had announced plans at the time of the writing. Appears to be an undergraduate project. I liked their use of the old SI gif, by the way! <g> Best, JS
