Luc, I'm not aware of any speech today. He did give the keynote speech at the G-7.25 yesterday at around 5:30pm. (Russia is still .25 of a country, isn't it?) The only thing I remembered about the boring speech was that the US has a "spare tire" and LDCs need one also to avoid financial difficulties. He didn't mention that other CBs just can't print the world's reserve currency. <g>
