Hello Don: I too am an investor in STS but have to disagree with the VSE bashing. If an investor does not like the VSE (and I know a number of people that don't) simply do not invest in VSE listed companys. STS has made a couple of mistakes starting with the George Chelikis affair. The present private placement could result in a person with a criminal past becoming a major shareholder in STS. We do not know who that person is but obviously the VSE must have a good reason for not wanting them around. I was just on the Bre-X forum and all sorts of people are bashing the TSE. A few weeks ago on another forum it was NASDAQ. When things don't go our way the we have the hunt for a scapegoat. If STS does not pan out there will be only one person to blame and that is myself. Of course if STS is a success I will give myself all the credit and the VSE none. Regards and good luck Don
