Ken, These comments seem to contradict themselves. Chief Executive Terence Matthews told analysts he is not intimidated by competing with such high-tech network giants as Cisco Systems Inc. CSCO , Nortel Networks Corp. CA:NT NT and Lucent Technologies Inc.LU . Rather than taking on those firms head on, Newbridge is instead searching for niches it can dominate. "I'm not afraid of them. I never have been," he said. "I enjoying fighting them. I enjoy winning." Unfortunately, this sounds like 3com's approach to the enterprise 3 years ago. I am not anti-NN, but these statements do concern me. Brian
