SSB's price targets for EGRP, AMTD, etc. may not be too
exciting, but they do provide further support for current
valuations. I see this as a mild positive that they find
value at these levels.

Also, I wouldn't take this rating too seriously. I've seen
many stocks exceed analysts 12 month targets within months
of the recommendation. SSB, like many brokerage analyst
houses, does not have a stellar record for timing. For
example, last fall/winter SSB was downgrading oil producer
and oil service stocks after they had fallen 50-75% from
their 52 week highs. What kind of deep insight was
displayed when less than six months later many of those
same issues had doubled from those lows.

Just my opinion.
