i will be sorely disappointed if that's what transpires... i've been told by the company that the reason for upcoming financing was NOT due to a need for capital (which, according to their balance sheet, appears to be correct). They said they were only going to do financing due to a "strategic alliance".... i don't think a venture capital type firm fits into this mold.
