Dear Drat,
In simple terms it means unless FNTN is able to come forward with $ more shares will be issued and come to market at the whim of the funding source, that presumes they have not already come to market in the form of short shares and the certs will be a simple cover. There is a general consensus as to the value of this type of funding something I will not banter about in public. At any rate it has no bearing whatsoever on the ability of FNTN to release news should they desire to do so. I have no clue as to when in October, good luck finding out, if they do not use the certs ( assuming they are issued ) to cover there will be a pop in share price as they cover and hence rather valuable info, watch the vol and tape for a clue. Time will tell hon, one thing is for sure they weren't dumb they requested a pre potential pinker ( worse case scenario )., B
