Richard, which one do you think is worth more? I ask because that is the one that I want to be in! If they are equal in potential then I want to be in both equally. I assume that one is more desirable than the other, for whatever reason, by this action. Or maybe they both become more desirable if apart because they can be developed more expeditiously apart?
