Someone then needs to tell me what IS important to Globalstar. Picking a country was just an example. I could have picked Indonesia or some place else. The big difference between your position and mine is that I see the opportunity as having a limited window. Terrestrial mobile and wireline is rolling out quickly. In five years, the market will shrink rapidly. If they do not have a SP now and wait a few years to find one, they may as well wait for another 100 years...because the time is now and not later. 5 years ago the market for Globalstar was twice as big and five years from now, it will be twice as small.
